Beginner yoga isn’t only for first-timers. It’s also for anyone returning after a hard season, an injury, a break, or a life change.
If your body feels different from how it used to, you’re not doing it wrong. You’re just human.
1) Pick one class this week – not five.
Choose a time you can actually make, even if it’s not ideal.
2) Choose “supportive” over “impressive.”
Start with a gentler pace, a slower flow, or a class that centers breath and grounding.
3) Tell the teacher you’re re-entering.
You don’t have to explain your whole life. A simple “I’m easing back in” helps us support you.
And because we’re moving into a new season with two locations, you can choose what fits your life right now, without losing the thread of practice.
Begin where you are. Let the practice teach you what’s next.
